W Casa construction takes on the role of main contractor, performs project management services and coordinates specialist’s trades for industrial/ commercial projects. We add value by providing ideas and engineering solutions to our clients.

Creating effective corporate office environments, fascinating F&B/Hospitality concepts and creative Leisure designs are our specialty, as is reflecting your unique branding and culture. How does it work?

We will design and execute the whole interior works, including electro mechanical design and furniture selection, supply and installation. We will cover all project phases, including technical supervision, work coordination and quality control, all with one goal in mind: to complete the assignment on time and on budget to your full satisfaction.
We will take over project management for you. Our project manager will be your only contact person throughout the project. No compromises, no transfer of responsibility, no subcontractors.
W Casa can supply and install all your residential, office/F&B furniture needs from Bespoke reception counters to off-the-shelf desking and workstations. We can also take care of your power, lighting and IT requirements with all of our lighting independently checked to make sure that you have the comfortable lighting levels for your working environment.

W CASA Furniture and accessories define the unique touch of creation. That’s why we design a typical interior element and choose from our portfolios of leading residential with luxurious touch to the best office furniture manufacturers.
We have a very good relationship with many international Residential & office furniture manufacturers and famous residential & office partition systems.
We design original coverings for vertical elements that mirror your business’s corporate identity and branding. The interior is functionally and aesthetically complemented with colour combinations of carpet tiles in tailor-made colours. We will install and assemble all the elements.

Execution Methodology & Project Management Process

W Casa applies a set methodology according to PMP international standards when approaching a new project. Below are the steps followed to ensure the complete alignment with client expectations:

  1. Initiation: The life cycle of a project starts when a client awards the project. We appoint a project manager immediately and initiate project high level guidelines for the team.
  2. Planning: Plan Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication and Risk management ahead of time. Procurement planning is very critical for the project timeline.
  3. Execution: Provide professional project management services as per PMI standard of practices.
  4. Monitoring & Control: Manage execution by means of devised plans in addition to our QA / QC procedures.
  5. Closing: Project handover is handled with proper closing procedures to ensure the satisfaction of Client.
